Making students employable is a primary goal of institutions and the #1 goal of students going to college. However employers are looking for “soft skills” and this can be difficult for individuals to obtain without significant work experience, until now. GlobalX represents a new way for students to access the soft skills training and reflection, for institutions to offer these “tangible” skills as part of their education experience and for Employers to have easy access to a digital resume that includes the answers to such questions as “does this candidate understand leadership? Do they understand team dynamics? Are they interculturally prepared to work for me?”
